Morning cookie mug with raspberries
One tub of Ísey Skyr vanilla (170g)
1/2 banana, mashed
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 cup oats
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons frozen raspberries
1 teaspoon chopped dark chocolate
Start by mashing half a banana in a large cup. Add peanut butter, milk, maple syrup and stir. Add in the dry ingredients together with the raspberries and mix gently.
It is good to top the cookie jar with dark chocolate.
Bake in the microwave for 1 minute and 45 seconds.
When the cake jar is ready, top it with a healthy spoonful of Ísey vanilla and fresh berries.
