Mexican cauliflower with Skyr sauce

For 2

Ingredient:
1 large head of cauliflower
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon chilli spice
1 teaspoon pepper spice
1 teaspoon garlic seasoning
Coriander
Avacado

Mexican Skyr Sauce
50 g natural skyr
50 g mayonnaise
½ teaspoon chilli spice
¼ tsk cumin
2 garlic cloves
Salt tsp salt
Juice from half a lemon

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the greaseproof paper on the oven plate.
Roughly chop the cauliflower head and place in a bowl with the olive oil and all the spices and mix well.
3. Place the cauliflower on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or more, depending on how crispy you want the cauliflower to be.
4. Put skyr and mayonnaise together in a bowl together with spices, garlic and lemon juice. Stir everything well.
5. Place the cauliflower on a tray, spread the sauce over the cauliflower. Roughly chop the coriander and serve with the chopped avacado.
