Tiramisu morning porridge with Ísey Skyr and oats
Tiramisu porridge that coffee lovers can not miss. Nutritious and excellent porridge that you can eat every morning or at any time during the day.
It's nice to make the porridge the night before, but it can also be made the same day. This porridge is so good with a steaming hot cup of coffee.
40 g oat flour
5 g chia seeds
5 g cocoa powder
A little salt
25 g vanilla or chocolate protein powder
30 ml of coffee
75 ml milk
130 g Ísey Skyr vanilla
Start by combining oatmeal, chia seeds, cocoa, salt and protein powder in a bowl.
Mix the coffee and skimmed milk and leave the mixture in the fridge overnight.
If you are making the porridge on the same day, it is good to reduce the milk a little so that the porridge is thicker and then you mix the ingredients together in a bowl and let it wait for about 15 minutes.
You can also use skimmed milk or fresh milk.
To get the tiramisu look, you then alternate layers of the oatmeal and the custard and put a little cocoa on top.
To speed things up, you can put the vanilla skyr directly on top of the porridge and have one layer of porridge and skyr.
