Matcha bites
About 15 pieces
- 170 g Ísey skyr vanilla
- 250 g strawberries
- 2 tablespoon. chiafræ
- 250 g white chocolate
- 1 tsk. Coconut oil
- 2 tsk. matcha powder
- Cut the strawberries into small pieces and mix them together with Ísey skyr and chia seeds.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of the mixture on baking paper for each piece and put in the freezer for an hour or longer.
- Next, melt the white chocolate, thin it with coconut oil and stir well before adding the matcha powder and stirring again.
- Dip each piece in the chocolate — it’s good to use two forks — and place the pieces back on the baking paper.
- It’s best to store the bites in the freezer, but they also keep well in the fridge for a few days.
