Banana split


10 pecan nuts
1/2 dl oats
1 teaspoon butter
1 tablespoon sugar

Chop nuts and place in a pan over medium heat with oats, butter and sugar. Stir the mixture regularly and remove after 5-7 minutes or when the nuts have started to brown.

1 banana
2-3 strawberries
4-5 raspberries
170g vanilla skyr
20 g chocolate

Cut the banana in half and place on a plate, spreading half of the pecans and oats over the banana. Then place the skyr over and the other half of the pecans and oats. Cut the strawberries in half and spread over the banana and raspberries. Melt the chocolate and spread in a narrow bowl with a spoon.
